3. Booking and Payment
All services must be booked and paid for in advance through our website. Payment methods accepted will be clearly indicated at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment.
4. Appointment Scheduling and Rescheduling
Appointments can be scheduled based on availability. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your appointment. Rescheduling requests can be made through your account on our website or by contacting us directly. If the 48-hour notice period is not met, the appointment will be forfeited, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
5. Cancellations
No refunds will be provided for cancelled appointments. If you are unable to attend, please reschedule within the specified timeframe.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided during coaching sessions, including materials, tools, and resources, is the intellectual property of Bariatric Chic. These materials are for personal use only and may not be distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Our services are designed to provide guidance and support, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not responsible for any adverse effects, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services. Clients are encouraged to consult with healthcare professionals before making any significant lifestyle changes.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Please note that Bariatric Chic provides coaching services based on personal experience and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Kate is not a licensed medical professional. Clients are strongly advised to consult with their bariatric surgical team or healthcare providers for any medical concerns, advice, or decisions related to their weight loss surgery and health.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of our coaching services and digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. All sales are final. This policy applies to all services and products provided through our website.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you fail to reschedule within this timeframe, the appointment will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.
